Chlorine Control

Liquid chlorinators typically use liquid chlorine bleach that is dosed into potable, process, reclaim, and waste water prior to distribution.  Often, these systems use pump or injector to deliver the liquid chlorine from a holding tank.  Various factors affect the performance of liquid chlorine disinfection such as; mixing, contact time, dosage, and chlorine residual control.  With proper system maintenance, calibration, monitoring, and operation, liquid chlorination can be a very effective means of disinfection for onsite treatment systems.
